am currently in Edinburugh doing a course, will be here in 4 months


Is there a way I can learn PPL in 4-5 months. What are the prices ?

Hi Doc, it is possible to learn to fly and obtain your PPL in that timescale, I did mine in just over three weeks. The Scottish weather is a major factor, probably the biggest one to be honest. Club availability and of course social distancing rules will complicate life further for you. The best thing to do is to look for a club that suits you and ask them what can be arranged.

I know that there are still training courses ongoing, but each club or school will be making their own decisions.
